is a leading brand in children's fashion, renowned for its enchanting designs and impeccable quality.
Role Overview : We are seeking a talented Associate Designer specializing in 7-16 dresses to join our creative force. We work collaboratively in office 5 days a week to create a new product line for every season.
Associate DesignerResponsibilities:
• Conceptualize and design sportswear and dresses collections in line with brand aesthetics and market trends• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to bring designs to life• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and competitor offerings• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers• Ensure that designs meet quality standards and production feasibility• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers as needed• Work closely with Senior Designer
Associate Designer Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Fashion, with a focus on 7-16 Dresses• Proven ability to create innovative and commercially successful designs• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
