Job Description:

Cambria is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Marketing Project Manager to join us as a key member of the Marketing Operations team.

This position will manage and prioritize traditional and digital marketing projects simultaneously while working closely with all teams throughout the marketing and digital teams.

The right candidate will ensure an efficient flow of project deliverables and drive creative work from inception to completion, on time and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the creative project work-flow system by leveraging existing project management tools, such as Workfront (project management system), and collaborate with cross functional teams. Project types include but not limited to: print, digital, social media, video, signage, and other marketing collateral.

Support the maintenance and development of Workfront for Sales and Marketing.

Develop, own and continually improve project work flow, to help drive costs down while improving the quality, speed, and efficiency of creative output.

Anticipate obstacles and difficulties that may arise and resolve them in a collaborative manner.

Work with the creative team and marketing teams to develop and prioritize timetables and manage final delivery of work; ensure critical path milestones are met.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as approvals, proofs, versions, financials, etc.

In collaboration with key marketing stakeholders ensure final delivery and installation of projects meet high brand expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Workfront experience preferred

Working knowledge of printing and digital technologies

Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, successfully delivering the required results

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Must have the ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment

Must demonstrate flexibility in solving challenges. Troubleshoot issues with a positive, can-do attitude

Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback to teams and individuals

Meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment

Excels at maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors

Strong oral, verbal, and written communication skills

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in specialty field of expertise

Experience:

Requires 4 + years in project management

Systems:

Workfront, Google Suite, MS Office, some knowledge of Adobe Suite

Physical Requirements:

Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
