ROLE SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with +7 years of B2B marketing experience in the employee health benefits, third party administration companies and/or pharmacy benefits management (PBM) industries. This position will be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of B2B marketing programs and key strategic initiatives at Assured Benefits Administrators, Verus-Rx, and other affiliated brands within Rendall’s Healthcare Enterprise Group, as needed.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership and Commercial teams (Sales and Client Success) to understand the businesses’ goals and translate them into multi-channel campaigns that tailor messages to multi-layered audiences in the PBM/employee benefits sectors. S/he will lead a team of marketing associates in the execution of the marketing plan as well as its digital and offline strategies, closely monitoring KPIs and effectively managing budgets.

Success is dependent upon productive collaboration with leaders across the Enterprise Group including Sales, Client Success, Operations, Clinical and their teams as well as engagement with cross-enterprise marketing teams and leaders that support the production of assets, campaigns and resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy and Implementation:Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand message to B2B and B2C audiences.Lead and mentor the marketing team in executing the proposed strategy, providing feedback and guidance.Oversee the creative process, development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Represent the marketing department in cross-functional meetings, engaging with Sales, Client Success, Clinical, Operations, and other teams.Foster productive collaboration with cross-enterprise marketing teams and leaders, supporting the production of assets, campaigns, and resources.Digital Presence:

Manage the firms’ digital presence, including websites, mobile applications, social media platforms and internal portals, ensuring content is current and in alignment with marketing and business goals.Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic.Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.Product and Solutions Management:

Manage marketing documents for different lines of employer sponsored benefits products, including health insurance plans, drug formulary lists and clinical programs.Update new versions across different online platforms throughout the year.Support new product/solutions development and go-to-market promotional campaigns.Communications and PR:

Manage external email communications to brokers, TPAs, plan sponsors and final customer (insureds/members).Align with CRM and email integration strategies for marketing automation.Support internal communications and public relations efforts.Event Management:

Support the Sales team in branding efforts by managing booths, promotional materials, and other logistics for conferences, trade shows, sponsorships and other events.Market and Industry Intelligence:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.Monitor industry trends, emerging marketing technologies and social media for engagement opportunities.Budgeting and Compliance:Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in collaboration with legal departments.IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience B2B marketing, B2B2C strongly preferred.Health care, employee benefits and PBM industry experience strongly preferred. Agency experience a plus.Must be fully fluent in English, preferably speaks Spanish.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: comfortable guiding marketing copy and content development.Experience executing strategy within timeline, budget and quality standards.Experience with marketing automation including CRM and email integration strongly preferred.Critical thinker and creative problem solver, who exercises good judgment in resolving difficult situations, prioritizes and can balance needs with enterprise objectives.WORKING CONDITIONS
