Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Annex Group is seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator. The Marketing Proposal Coordinator will work alongside our Managing Partners and development team in supporting the marketing and business development of The Annex Group pipeline. This role will be accountable for creating presentations, preparing development plans, organizing proposal content and prioritizing needs for the pipeline of RFP/RFQ submissions. This position will work closely with the Creative Director to design high quality templates and competitive proposals while adhering to the company design and branding standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Responsibilities for Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Assist the Creative Director in production of content and graphics for marketing collateral, including but not limited to RFP/RFQ templates, slide decks, community sheets, portfolio's, and case studies.Create compelling written and graphic content to use for strategic messaging and development team outreach into existing and new markets.Coordinate proposals, statements of qualification, and letters of interest.Update presentations and related marketing materials using InDesign templates within company brand guidelines.Collaborate with managing partners and development team to maintain team resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate information for all communities and development types in the portfolio.Collaborate with internal team, partners, and consultants to prepare/update submissions.Help with special projects/events as needed.Providing support to marketing team to ensure high-quality of work and professional development.Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and consultants.Maintaining knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.Adheres to all fair housing guidelines and can be a knowledge base for team.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, Graphic Communications, business or related field with proven experience in marketing communications related role.1 - 4 years of experience in real estate with multifamily experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis in InDesign and Microsoft Suite.Responsive to last minute requests and able to juggle multiple projects at once.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practicesPrevious experience in marketing collateral creationStrong work ethic and a positive attitudeSelf-motivated, adaptable, dependable, and attention to detail.Professional appearance and demeanorThis is not a remote position though some flexibility will be available.Travel up to 25% - Events/Sponsorship related travel.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
