ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic startup team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy across various channels including SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Director & General Manager and TKWW marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.Manage all aspects of SEO (search engine optimization) efforts, including keyword strategy, on-page optimizations, technical best SEO best practices and link building.Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic and drive conversions.Support forecast builds and spend models for various investment scenariosSupport marketing team partners on testing of ad creative, targeting, bid strategy, landing page optimization, expansion to new & emerging platforms etc.Oversee social media strategy and execution, including content creation, community engagement, and paid promotions.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Content, Social, SEO, Performance Marketing, Creative, Finance, Product & Sales - to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and objectives.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.SUCCESSFUL MARKETING MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:

3-5 years active marketing manager experience, preferably in a corporate settingIn-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and local SEO strategies.Experience conducting comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms to track performance, conduct site audits, and monitor backlink profiles.Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that have significantly increased brand visibility and customer acquisition in a startup or similar fast-paced environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.Experience scaling a startup or small business through effective marketing initiatives.Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
