Head of Marketing

to position Orchestra and BerlinRosen for its next evolution of growth and drive a holistic marketing strategy with the leadership team. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation and equity. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with the portfolio agencies and the rest of the leadership team to ensure consistency in messaging across channels including PR, social, newsletter, website, blogs and more.Hybrid:

3x/week in NYCKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement long-term brand strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.Drive external communications and media relations on behalf of Orchestra and BerlinRosen to key publications, conferences and awards.Executive thought leadership with the CEO and key stakeholders to build thought pillars and profiles.Lead and manage cross functional partners to drive social strategy on behalf of Orchestra and BerlinRosen.Manage corporate narrative and partner with key stakeholders on overall storytelling strategy across digital channels including web, blog, LinkedIn and newsletter.Build strategic brand reputation and measure effectiveness of integrated marketing efforts on an ongoing basis.Qualifications10+ years of experience in Business Development, PR + Brand Marketing or Integrated Marketing.Previous experience managing and growing teams.Experience in driving and executing holistic marketing strategies on behalf of a brand.Proven experience across social, PR and digital channels (website, newsletters, email).Creative writing experience across multiple mediums, especially Social, PR and Digital.Data-driven in approach to marketing and developing actionable results to track success of a campaign.Extremely strong interpersonal, written communication and organizational skills.Perks of OrchestraCompetitive salary with bonus.Benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K.
