Sr. Trade Marketing Manager for LATAM & Travel Retail Americas

is responsible for incorporating and adapting the global strategy of our brands for each specific market, to maximize the performance of products at the point of sale, driving sell-out, profitability, and gain of market share objectives. This individual will be the liaison between the Sales Team, the Global Trade Marketing Team, and Distributors.This role is based out of Miami, FL, with up to 30% travel to Latin America.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the trade marketing strategy and launch plans to be approved by the brands, and supervise Distributor’s implementation to drive sales of all Interparfums License brands across the LATAM and Travel Retail Americas regionsManage media budgets and follow-up with distributors: allocation, monitoring, invoicing, reportingChallenge and lead approval process of brand campaigns (digital, traditional media and client facing activities) for each distributor to deploy impactful and harmonized 360-degree communicationSupport distributors in developing overarching communication strategies and tools that set key performance goals (branding/traffic/conversion/retention) and deliver the right balance of paid, owned, and earned traffic with positioning and messagingLiaise with Global Trade Marketing and PR/Training Team for consumer-facing and influencer eventsAnalyze launch results and monitor key market trends, and define incentives, events, and contests in partnership with distributors and sales team to boost brand awareness and sell outManage activity reports and carry out field/clients visit to monitor and ensure correct executionDevelop Regional Merchandising guidelines adapted to the relevant markets and supervise / monitor implementation of permanent spacesTrack product forecasts and liaise with the Trade Marketing Director and LATAM & TR Sales Team to ensure successful launches and product availabilitySupport Sales and upper management team with monthly sales reports/analysis, business reviews and PresentationsSupervise the coordination of training deliverables by brand for distributors: adapt and translate brand training tools into Spanish, manage regional training tool orders, support local trainers with implementation of training eventsOrganize and implement the annual regional Distributor Conference in collaboration with the Trade Marketing DirectorCoach and develop direct reports, including one Junior Trade Marketing ManagerRequired Education/Experience8-10+ years of Marketing experience in the Beauty/Consumer Goods industryBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldPrior working experience in LATAM Market and with distributorsPrevious people management experienceMust be fluent in both English and SpanishRequired SkillsIndependent working, self-motivated and passionateAbility to work in cross functional teams & Management experienceStrong organizational skills combined with Multi-task managementSolution-oriented with ability to react quicklyStrong media knowledge is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsProficiency at sales analysis, business planning and executionComputer and analytical skills: Excellent Excel/Powerpoint capabilitiesThrives in a fast-paced environment and deadline drivenTeam player with a professional and enthusiastic “can-do” attitudeWe OfferAn entrepreneurial career with a dynamic environment where all voices are heard and appreciatedLow hierarchy with high visibility to C-Suite on a regular basisA growing company with a proven track record of solid financial stabilityBonus opportunity based on personal and business performancePaid time off policies including vacation, holiday, and sick days401K plus company matchRobust healthcare, insurance, and benefit optionsOptions to support development, including complimentary access to LinkedIn LearningInterparfums USA, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to equal opportunity employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, disability or any other basis of discrimination prohibited by applicable local, state or federal law.
