This role will help support all Aspen One brands—Aspen Snowmass, The Little Nell, Limelight Hotels, and Aspen Ventures, with a focus on hospitality—by expertly crafting messages about our core offerings, brand values and differentiators across multiple channels and mediums (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). This role will be responsible for executing social media, engagement, and influencer strategies, from brainstorms to postmortems, in alignment with overarching brand, marketing and digital strategies and goals.This role will be based in-person in the Aspen, CO area.The budgeted salary range for this position is $65,425 - $85,053. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.Job Posting DeadlineApplications for this position will be accepted until September 15, 2024.Essential job functionsDefine purpose, audience and goals for existing and new social channels to develop end-to-end social media content strategy and calendarsDaily management of various aspects of The Little Nell and Limelight social media accounts including timely posting, moderating, engaging and providing customer service when necessaryWork closely with content and creative teams to align on overarching content strategy, marketing goals, and brand voice messagingTrack and analyze the performance of social initiatives using key metrics, providing insights to optimize future social strategies and tacticsContent capture (photos and video) for social media, create graphics and templates, curate existing photo and video content as neededHelp manage and grow a network of content creators and influencers across channels; brief them on projects; support in identifying the right partners and opportunities for the brandSupport influencer marketing strategies and grow a network of partners and content creators across channelsLead live social coverage of events throughout the year, including some weekends and eveningsCollaborate with internal departments across brands to represent their needs and initiatives, including revenue centers, PR team, sustainability team, etc.Collaborate with media agencies and digital marketing team as needed on paid social media strategy, tactics, implementation and optimizationBuild strong relationships with local internal and external photographers and videographers to collaborate on and collect timely contentBuild meaningful connections with our target audiences to increase social engagement, following, and brand affinityContinually stay ahead of the curve on best practices, platform updates and changes, algorithms, comp sets, and what’s trending, timely, and on-brand within individual channels and the industry as a wholeMaintain and grow relationships with partners across all channelsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, social media, communications or related fieldFive years of experience in the field of marketing and social media required, with expert knowledge across key social channels and platformsProven experience growing social media for a well-known brand with an active social media presenceProven experience supporting influencer programming for a well-known brand with an active social media presenceDemonstrated track record utilizing multiple social platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers and increase salesStrong copywriting and impeccable proofreading skills, with the ability to transform long-form web and newsletter copy into engaging, punchy social captions and storiesProject management experience: Ability to coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress, and stick to deadlines and budgetsHigh-level written and verbal communication skills for relationship-building and problem-solvingAbility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with great time management skills and the ability to multitask and reprioritize quickly and oftenKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or CanvaKnowledge of photography and video production, from shoot to post-production and deliveryExperience working in social media management platforms such as Dash HudsonExperience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Facebook Business ManagerHospitality experience preferredAdditional InformationSupervision given and receivedGiven: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Received: Works under general supervision of the Senior Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing. Receives continuing or individual assignments according to supervisor’s directions and may perform routine tasks. Expectations of the quality, quantity and deadlines are clearly set. Instructions, advice and assistance available as needed.
