We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our WW Prime team in Seattle, Washington: Director, UX Design and our Sr. Principal Engineer in Prime Tech.This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.Key job responsibilities 3 days/week in-office requirementsBasic Qualifications
5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experienceHigh school or equivalent diplomaExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeExperience in a fast-paced, high-tech companyExperience designing processes to maximize efficiencyExperience working with large global teamsSuperior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesAbility to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaroundStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skillsHigh level of integrity and discretionAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
