Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Mid to Senior Level (Management)A full-time Marketing Manager is needed for a hugely successful direct-to-consumer apparel brand that embodies laid-back California lifestyle apparel. This brand was started by two influencers, and their monthly drops sell out in minutes. You MUST have experience working with a highly sought-after digital brand and will be working closely with the founders and other executives at the small but growing brand. Additional responsibilities include:Strategy

Lead end-to-end development of impactful storytelling campaigns for new drops, incorporating A/B testing across digital (Web, App, Email, SMS, Ads, Social), placement, print, and guerilla marketing channels.Marketing Calendar

Develop a comprehensive annual marketing calendar aligning with the company's key business objectives and product launch schedule.Ads

Design, strategize, and implement ads for each drop across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Paid Search.Lead paid ad campaign setup, run tests, scale, learn, iterate, and optimize.Monitor spend and manage day-to-day performance of ad campaigns to come in on budget and hit ROI goals.Email/SMS

Develop and execute targeted campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and other marketing channels to convert new customers and engage returning customers.Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategy, i.e., referral and rewards programs, subscription-based incentives, ambassador programs, etc.Send weekly email/SMS performance reports.Site & App

Strategize community building efforts or customer cultivation within the app.Photoshoot Operations

Book models and gather W-9s.Send call sheet.Influencer/Community

Influencer/celebrity gifting - oversee organizing/managing/updating the master influencer list and create strategic seeding plans around both seasonal/collection pushes and evergreen gifting.Proactively lead the strategy and development of printed marketing materials, such as insert cards, flyers, posters, banners, etc., to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives.Partnerships

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the brand's vision and objectives, fostering collaborations such as coffee shop collabs, pop-up collabs, and participation in gifting opportunities to enhance brand visibility and drive mutual growth.Qualifications

Experience managing marketing campaigns and a team.Expertise in market research and analysis, and ability to apply its information to strategy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting campaign plans to executives.Familiarity with data analytics and marketing performance measurement programs.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; higher degrees desirable.Experience in the fashion industry is a must.Experience in digital marketing (social media and eCommerce) is a must.
