Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic fundraising initiatives to drive financial growth and sustainability.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.

Ensure successful execution of fundraising events and campaigns.

Lead agency's social media presence, creating and delivering content.

Manage the writing, design and distribution of print and digital materials.

Maintain and update website.

Identify new opportunities for revenue generation.

Daily Duties:

Coordinate and manage golf tournament and other fundraising events with event committee chair and committee.

Cultivate and solicit donations, create marketing materials to increase awareness and build donor base.

Research and identify new donor prospects.

Manage donor database and oversee gift entry and acknowledgements.

Create newsletters and other print and digital content.

Reconcile fundraising data with accounting.

Prepare fundraising reports and create merged mailings.

Provide general administrative support and handle public inquiries.

Attend relevant meetings and training.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

1-3 years of relevant work experience in development and fundraising, including event management.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Experience with database management; familiarity with Network for Good is a plus.
