Remote, USA or Everett, WashingtonPosition Overview:The Channel Marketing Manager will lead a team of channel marketers in the development and execution of high-impact, highly creative channel marketing campaigns that drive mutually profitable sales growth. You will oversee the Channel Marketing team’s efforts to optimize spend, manage invoicing, enhance channel partner engagement, and drive strategic initiatives. This role demands strong channel marketing experience, strategic thinking, and proficiency in analyzing commercial data through Business Analytics software. You will be instrumental in guiding the team in the execution of innovative channel marketing strategies while managing budgets and vendor interactions. Additionally, a key focus of your role will be to develop and nurture a talented team of channel marketers, ensuring they reach their full potential and contribute to the overall success of Fluke's channel marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:High-Impact Channel Marketing Campaigns through Strategic Data Analysis:Utilize Business Analytics software to analyze commercial data, track performance metrics, and identify pricing trends to inform campaign strategies.Use insights from data analysis to drive strategic decisions, ensuring channel marketing efforts are optimized for high ROI.Develop and implement high-impact channel marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights, maximizing engagement and revenue growth.Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior management to support informed decision-making processes and highlight the success of channel marketing initiatives.Oversee the monthly review of digital experiences and drive improvements based on audit findings.Dynamic and Strategic Promotional Activities:Develop and deploy quick-response promotional activities that can be quickly implemented to capitalize on high-ROI opportunities.Ensure collaboration and alignment with all regional marketing campaigns, working closely with partners to magnify our message in the marketplace and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.Continuously assess and optimize promotional activities to ensure they meet strategic goals and deliver measurable results.Budget Management:Conduct daily reviews of planned monthly spend to ensure budget adherence and identify potential variances early.Assess the probability of planned spend to ensure accurate budget forecasting and prevent overspending.Maintain a clear understanding of available budget to make quick, informed decisions on spending requests.Reconcile the previous month's expenses and forecast the budget for applicable cost centers for the remaining months of the year at the beginning of each new month.Gather input from Channel Sales, Field Sales, Calibration Sales, CSMs, and Sales Enablement teams to build the budget for the next fiscal year, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Ensure compliance with NPI (New Product Introduction) funding requests from CSMs for successful product launches.Enhance budget management processes to direct the channel marketing budget towards high ROI activities, optimizing the overall impact of marketing spend.Invoice and Credit Memo Processing:Process and approve invoices for payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Handle invoices that require payment through Credit Memos, maintaining clear records and documentation.Provide invoice approval, reference Purchase Order (PO) numbers, and submit to Accounts Payable promptly.Create standard work procedures to increase efficiency in managing the invoicing process, streamlining operations and reducing errors.Resolve any disputes related to invoices or budget matters, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.Empowering and Developing High-Performance Channel Marketing Team:Host weekly team touchpoints to communicate relevant information, address concerns, and identify team needs, fostering a collaborative environment.Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings with Channel Marketers to review their development, goals, and objective statuses, providing personalized support and guidance.Lead the Channel Marketing team through monthly Channel Marketing Ops Reviews, focusing on specific KPIs to drive accountability and performance improvement.Emphasize the development and stretch of individual team members, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth to cultivate a high-performance culture.Implement development plans and provide opportunities for skill enhancement, increasing recognition and visibility of team members to ensure they reach their full potential.
