The program encompasses two separate rotations each lasting approximately 12- 18 months in team roles. Upon completion of rotational program, participants are expected to take on independent responsibility of their work within a specific Marketing Discipline.Building on a base of strong data analytics and consumer insights, this program is designed to develop Brand Management and Marketing Leaders by assisting the marketing departments with the creation and execution of marketing materials and plans. Rotational and project work will fall into 3 areas: Foundational Analytics, Voice of the Consumer, or General Brand Management. Within the program, participants will spend 10% of their time dedicated to cross-functional projects that drive company initiatives and provide exposure to other functions of the business. Type of work that can be expected consists of coordinating and executing activities involved in the preparation and delivery of advertising and sales promotions, supporting senior leadership with analytics support, and event coordination, and supporting the analysis of business results for marketing collateral using company tools as needed.All candidates should exhibit Intrapreneurship and Ownership behaviors:+ Intrapreneurship is entrepreneurship in an established company: behaviors that include thinking boldly, taking appropriate risks , learning from mistakes, showing initiative, and encouraging and reinforcing innovation.+ Ownership refers to behaviors that include setting high expectations , driving candid discussion, and holding self and others accountable.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:+ Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university working towards a Bachelors degree and will obtain degree by July 2025.+ Required to travel by air and automobile up to 25% during the course of business.+ Computer skill requirements include: Basic MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.+ Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
