Position Summary...What you'll do...**MUST HAVE COMPLETED A SUMMER 2024 WALMART OR SAM'S CLUB INTERNSHIP TO BE ELIGIBLE**Achieves marketing objectives for specific segments by collaborating with key suppliers and agencies; working with key stakeholders and internal customers; motivating and influencing cross-functional teams; and implementing the internal communications strategy.Manages project and initiative performance by planning campaign budgets and sales forecasts; estimating project costs; executing campaigns; measuring results or outcomes (for example, sales, traffic, conversion); and determining future campaign plans based on the findings.Supports the development of annual plan(s) for specific segments by collaborating with Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing leadership; working with cross-functional experts (for example, Channel, Site Merchandising, Consumer Insights); integrating site experience, new product testing and rollout, media strategy and planning, and stores into the annual plan; developing innovative marketing programs; and following up to ensure the annual plan is executed and that changes and challenges are addressed.Drives sales growth and changes in customer attitudes and behaviors for specific segments by analyzing program results and return-on-investment (ROI); completing competitive reviews; working with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns; working with internal and external creative teams to develop concise, relevant, and on-brand communications; ensuring agencies and internal teams are producing work that reflects and communicates Walmart's strategies and objectives; and maintaining the overall marketing calendar. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
