Amwins Connect is seeking a productive, well-organized, and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support marketing strategies and tactics that align with our corporate objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing schedules, assisting with projects, trade shows, internal events, and more. Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $68,700 to $80,000, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage appointment settings, track, update, and troubleshoot marketing calendar for campaigns by channel, events, tradeshows, etc.; ensure all campaigns are executed on time and to the highest possible qualityOpen, track, update, and troubleshoot marketing projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery; ensure all marketing requests are organized and prioritizedInteract daily with marketing leadership to assure timely completion of all requestsTrack and report on marketing KPI's; prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing dataCreate and manage surveys in collaboration with leadershipProvide event support as needed, may include assisting with organizing event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.Manage and improve marketing contact lists for email, events, etc. including updates, segmentation, etc.Learn and grow knowledge base of our brand, industry, business, products, and servicesEffective client-facing communication when necessaryKeep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements, inventorying stock, placing orders, verifying receiptContribute strategically and tactically in delivering on marketing objectivesAccomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsWorkskills:

3 or more years of marketing experience requiredExperience collaborating with different teams to get the job doneOutstanding execution, resourcefulness, and creativityCapacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProven track record for working on multiple projects independentlyExperience working with project management software a plus (ie Wrike)Qualifications:

Must be adept at prioritizing and troubleshooting projects while clearly communicating progressExcellent time management and communication skillsAn ability to be communicative, flexible, and precise under tight deadlinesA love for asking questions to take something ambiguous and create definitionStrong organizational skills and an attention to detailA self-starter that stays motivated and likes complexityEnthusiasm, a positive attitude, and dedication are requiredEducation:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience: communications, marketing, business, or related field is preferredPhysical Demands:
