Brand Marketing Manager - Canopy Lawn Care

Overview:

The Brand Marketing Manager will be the marketing leader for Canopy Lawn Care franchise brand. This position will work closely with Canopy franchisees at all stages of their business providing training and ongoing guidance regarding the development, implementation and support of their marketing plan. This is a highly consultative position that requires marketing strategy experience, a counter-intuitive thinker and a person who possesses a genuine passion for people.

The Brand Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing team who will work closely with the digital marketing team, creative teams and the Brand Leadership to support both franchisees and drive the overall marketing strategy for the brand. This includes the management of and development of training materials, sales and marketing assets and tools for the franchise systems and the brand team. This highly adaptable individual will need to possess excellent presentation and speaking skills and be able to command the attention of a room and deliver a message with confidence. 4+ years of marketing industry experience required. Candidate must be located in Richmond, VA.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop, execute and track marketing initiatives to accomplish the brand's objectivesAnalyze marketing data, identify and assess marketing opportunities and advise on the best marketing strategies to accomplish business objectivesEvaluate local marketing efforts, consult and collaborate with the franchisees and members of the marketing team to provide the best feedback and recommendationsProvide day-to-day guidance and support to ensure the recommended marketing and advertising strategies and tactics are implemented across the franchise systemsAnalyze and report on aggregated system-wide data about marketing effortsDeliver in-person new franchisee training and ongoing virtual trainingManage and pursue new third-party suppliers to meet goals and objectives of the marketing department and the franchise systemManage the development of creative assets both internally and externally for the brandManage technology solutions that assist franchisees with the implementation of local marketing and advertising effortsPlay a key role in the development and implementation of a national marketing planEssential Competencies:

4 years' experience in Marketing field with knowledge of online and offline tacticsPrevious experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click and MetaBachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fieldMicrosoft office and Adobe products knowledge and proficiencyAdept at learning new technology and marketing platformsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work both independently as well as within a team environmentSelf-starterAttention to detail is important to youEnergetic and enthusiastic attitudePersistence and PersuasivenessMulti-tasking capabilitiesAbility to see the bigger picturePreferred Qualifications:
