OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

We are looking for a results-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team at Biodesix. This position will be a critical contributor to the marketing team by developing a deep understanding of target customers and executing brand strategy and tactics to drive sales growth. Additionally, the position will work with cross-functional teams to advance marketing capabilities and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Execute the go-to-market strategy for clinical diagnostic brands, including messaging, promotions, and sales supportWork closely with the Product Management and Sales teams to identify opportunities to accelerate adoption and utilization of clinical diagnostic testsSupport the development, approval, and release of brand content including marketing collateral, sales training materials, website content, advertisements, social media, videos, blogs, and webinarsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in marketing processes in partnership with cross-functional team members including customer service, IT, quality, regulatory, and laboratory operationsAnalyze internal and external data sources to develop and report insights related to market trends, customer satisfaction, and competition to inform product and process improvementsParticipate in industry technical meetings and society conferences to represent Biodesix, generate new leads, and identify key user requirements for product planningCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure success on marketing projectsManage multiple marketing projects to successfully complete by a designated deadlineCOMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
