About the role:

Unexpectedly back live, due to the successful candidate being unable to join for personal reasons.

The role will translate the Marketing strategy to the particular needs of the US based cruise lines, ensuring that all initiatives are designed, implemented, and measured in accordance with it – bearing in mind the demographic needs, product assortment, and budget considerations for each cruise line. There will be responsibility for marketing plans and associated budgets for the key US cruise lines, and for the delivery, measurement, and optimization of all initiatives.

You will provide leadership and clarity to the US team (Marketing Exec and a Digital Content Creator), and interface with the UK-based Marketing function. You will be the key contact for Harding+ Buyers, Merchandisers, and Ops relating to the US cruise lines for all marketing support, and for the cruise line Onboard Revenue teams themselves.

This role offers huge scope to get involved in a rapidly growing, international, and exciting retail business. There is a fantastic opportunity to make a mark quickly – as well helping to deliver a great (and commercially successful) experience on board a range of high-profile cruise lines.

Based in the

Miami

office with

hybrid working –

2/3 days per week (plus international travel)

Compensation –

competitive salary, bonus scheme, 401k, Florida Blue healthcare, 20 days leave annually (including Christmas shutdown)

About you:

Ability to see through the data and design a set of initiatives that will assess hypotheses and inform future plans

Proven team management and development experience

Effective communication skills particularly in presentations of marketing initiatives

Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the US
