If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.The Salesforce Commerce Cloud team is looking for a campaign marketer who is dynamic, creative, analytical, and has great interpersonal skills to assist campaign managers in the execution and reporting on campaign plans and programs. This individual will help us to make data-driven decisions, streamline manual processes, put key plans and programs in the hands of teams across the globe, and share out the business impact of the work we do.Your Impact:Support campaign leads by providing reporting metrics that make the data actionable.Implement existing standards for consistently reporting on key metrics, like pipe, ACV, web analytics, content analytics, etc.Support relationships with in-house tactical teams – assist campaign managers in launching campaigns through those teams.Have a comprehensive understanding of campaigns in marketing including run dates and channels, and build processes for sharing across the broader team.Assist with manual tasks like requesting purchase orders, building campaign links, data uploads, etc.Assist with leading our global campaign repository and ensure global teams have the latest and greatest campaign assets available to them.Learn company standard processes, trainings, policies and procedures and update team accordingly.Basic Requirements:1-3 years experience in campaigns marketing in a high tech company (enterprise software experience preferred).Experience developing presentations and collateral. Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, Google Analytics, and Salesforce a plus.Experience with ecommerce platforms, websites, email, social media, and mobile technology a plus.A passion for reporting results and learning how to present the data in a way that is actionable and answers business questions.Perform well in a fast-paced environment and with organizational skills to implement multiple projects with tight deadlines optimally.Strong communications and writing skills and ability to work well cross-functionally.A sense of humor, tenacity, and grace under pressure.Compensation:For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $64,600 to $88,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
