Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Houston, TXOur client, a nationally ranked healthcare facility that provides a variety of inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment programs, has an opportunity available for a VP of Marketing and Communications.This executive plays a pivotal role in elevating the visibility and reputation of the organization with the ultimate goal of driving patient referrals, expanding partnerships with referral healthcare providers, and enhancing presence within the community.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement annual marketing objectives, priorities and goals to drive calls for services.• Lead development and management of the annual marketing plan and operating budget, ensuring all initiatives stay on budget and deliver an expected return on investment.• Use data analysis and market research to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.• Support research and development efforts of new services through the completion of market assessments and promotional planning.• Lead marketing team in the development and execution of promotional plans to launch new services.• Expand referrals to existing services through the management of the business development and communications teams' efforts in relationship building, advertising, direct marketing, digital communications and public relations.• Lead crisis communication efforts as necessary.• Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and market new programs ensuring they will be competitive in the market.• Identify and cultivate opportunities to collaborate with other organizations to expand its reach and impact regionally and nationally.• Ensure accurate and consistent communications are provided to key internal and external audiences, including faculty and staff, board members, mental health professionals and the general public to build trust and awareness of the organization.• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts with third party public relations consultants.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related business discipline, Master’s degree preferred• Minimum 10 years of experience in progressively advanced roles in health care marketing and management, preferably behavioral health care experience.• 7+ years of management experience preferred.
