Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), PR, digital

key partner
teams . This role will focus on
defining
the
best practices for AI adoption
at the organizational level and the
sales enablement strategy

Develop an end-to-end sales enablement strategy to support the field teams and partners to drive sales, adoption, and retentionDistill actionable insights for the channel, contributing to deliverables such as seller trainings, enablement content, objection handling, synthesis of key announcements and product releasesOwn nurturing an internal sales community to share and dialogue insights timelyCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and customers to effectively capture their real-time insights and deliver solutions to address challengesCreate guidance for how business strategy transforms with AI and define the steps for organizational AI adoption.QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience
5+ years' experience as a written and verbal data-driven storyteller, that can inform and influence decision making across senior executives and the broader organizationExperience identifying growth opportunities, developing, and executing GTM strategy or sales enablement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growthPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor the content and the delivery to different audiences and formatsCapacity and comfort to learn new areas and shift priorities as business evolvesOrganized, and relentlessly focus on actionability of the insights, and scaling the reach of the insights for others to take actionSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with a growth mindset and a passion for learning and innovationExperience working in a dynamic environment, across a wide variety of stakeholders and disciplines, earning trust and collaborating with Engineering, Business Planning, Finance, and Marketing partnersProduct Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
