Head of Marketing .As Head of Marketing, you will create our marketing strategy and execute it together with managing our growing marketing team. You will deploy an effective omnichannel approach that enables maximizing return on investment and customer experience throughout every customer touchpoint, increasing customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.Responsibilities:Manage marketing relationships with key manufacturers and align with our commercial goals.Deliver our marketing rate card and maximize partner involvement and investment with our Category managers.Full responsibility for the management & development of the marketing function.Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for online and retail channels working closely with our ecommerce agency.Oversee the creation of all marketing materials including website, ads, email campaigns, social media, retail initiatives.Drive the digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, paid search, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media presence, affiliates, and online advertising.Ownership and execution of the cross-channel marketing calendar in alignment with the product and promotional plan.Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Ability to develop strong working relationships with all key business departments and partners.Management of the brand & digital and retail marketing budget.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.Skills and Experience:Proven leadership experience in a similar role with experience of building and managing campaigns.Experience within high-turnover B2C Ecommerce Business.At least 5 years experience in a similar role in a retail/services business.Obsessive attention to detail and takes responsibility for the accuracy of their work.Exceptional team leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.Outstanding analytical skills with a deep understanding of metrics application to business strategies and daily sales tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to create and deliver new and innovative marketing campaigns online and offline.Strategic, analytical, and commercial awareness.Ability to develop strong working relationships with all key business departments.A team player.Passion for customer and constantly curious, obsessed with delivering the right message at the right time and with the right content.Apply today or for more information, please call Simon Kean on 01228 812585.
