ExemptOverview The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading the Go-to-Market Pipeline Strategy to drive accelerated growth. This person brings a passion for understanding customers, markets, and sales channels to engage prospective clients and convert them into sales opportunities with an agile, data-driven approach. Responsibilities include growing the team, allocating budget, selecting target markets, managing business development resources, and developing other strategies necessary to achieve and drive growth goals. Specific program goals and measurement will be used for closed loop analysis and improvement to optimize GTM opportunities, resources, and effort. The Vice President of Marketing will leverage market-leading branding to support scale.This is a key role on the company’s leadership team and GTM leadership team. Design and develop integrated sales and marketing strategy to create pipeline and establish market leadership across all revenue channels.Lead the growing marketing team and evolve the size and structure of the team to meet the evolving needs of the business.Oversee team to ensure successful execution of marketing plans to reach established goals on time and on budget. Provide leadership for coaching and training, project prioritization, and professional development.Sales Development Representative team management including hiring, training, performance management, growth, and direction.Communicate with other stakeholders about marketing initiatives and project metrics.Partner with other Delaget leaders to evolve and grow business processes and cultures.Strong alignment and partnership with sales leadership.Establish GTM and marketing strategy and develop strategic plans including tactics, roles and responsibilities, timelines, budget, and measurements for success.Serve as the Delaget brand Director and ensure organizational compliance to brand standards.Develop messaging and value propositions in collaboration with Sales and Product stakeholders.Establish a common and repeatable campaign framework.Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing.Collaborate with partner organizations on co-marketing projects such as press releases, webinars, trade show exhibits, joint promotions, landing pages, and more.Commitment to company core values.Create budget aligned with organizational goals and resources, manage and adhere to budget.Focus on continuous professional growth and learning.Qualifications

Ten or more years of building and managing GTM demand waterfall.B2B digital/inbound marketing and demand creation experience, including web and content marketing, ability to leverage social media to seed demand, search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), partner marketing, and association marketing.Experience in marketing automation, web content management, web analytics and leveraging a data-driven marketing approach.Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services.Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes.Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs.Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills.Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.Skilled in budget management.Specific Requirements

Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.Stays up to date on all required training.Work Environment Primary responsibilities will be conducted in clean, well-lit, climate-controlled areas with a moderate noise level. Frequent communication with clients and/or staff exists under all conditions and circumstances.Working Conditions Travel may be necessary to complete job duties. May work beyond normal working hours, on weekends and holidays, and/or in other positions when necessary.Physical and Sensory Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodations) Must be able to move intermittently throughout the working day, must be able to stand, stoop, walk, kneel and crouch.
