It's used to deliver more valuable brand info efficiently to enhance users' brand awareness.Our team is dedicated to designing an efficient and flexible format framework, and constructing an Effective Assets Graph tailored to different industries and scenarios to meet the diverse demands of users in different consumption stages. Provide optimal solutions for conversion decision-making, considering user clusters, industries, and scenarios.We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).Responsibilities:Responsible for designing a universal framework for TikTok branding ad format for different ad positions, and cooperate with TikTok userside to develop design specifications to ensure consistency of experience.Responsible for optimizing the style of TikTok Topview ads and Brand Mission ads, releasing new budgets brought by low-threshold creativity, and assisting in the penetration of e-commerce product ads.Innovate on advanced interactive add-ons for TikTok ads, promote the penetration of style interactive capabilities in lower funnel with increased ad interaction rates.Optimize the user journey strategy of TikTok ad styles to ensure that the appearance time of format components and personalized strategies generate revenue.Qualifications

First year, currently enrolled in an MBA program.Qualified for platform or tool products design, and be able to get abstraction based on complex and diverse business requirements to ensure that the product logic is simple and efficient.Qualified for user's product thinking mode, and be able to sort out the overall interaction process and experience post-click from the perspective of the user journey.Have a strong sense of cooperation, competently work with teams across time zones and geographies to achieve product development, release, GTM and continuous iteration.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation Description (hourly)The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $55- $55. We cover 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage only, no dental or vision coverage.Our time off and leave plans are: Paid holidays and paid sick leave. The sick leave entitlement is based on the time you join.We also provide mental and emotional health benefits through our Employee Assistance Program and provide reimbursements for your mobile phone expense.
