Job Type: Full timeJob Title: Marketing ManagerLocation: Onsite - San DiegoSalary Range: $90,000 - $110,000ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and social media marketing.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximized ROI.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and presentations.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Over 3 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.Strong leadership and project management skills.Proficiency in marketing tools, including analytics, automation, and CRM software.Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passion for marketing and brand development in the life sciences sector.BenefitsMedical Insurance PlanRetirement PlanPaid Time OffTraining & Development
