Our commitment to innovation and excellence drives us to continuously improve our products and services.Job SummaryThe Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets for CorDx. This role will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDevelop and execute the overall marketing strategy for CorDx in alignment with the company's business objectives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.Set marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance of marketing activities.Brand ManagementBuild and enhance the CorDx brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and visual identity.Manage brand positioning, messaging, and brand guidelines across all marketing channels.Develop brand campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and loyalty.Team LeadershipLead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that drives high performance and professional growth.Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and measure their effectiveness.Generate leads and drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing efforts.Partnerships and AlliancesIdentify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.Manage partner relationships and negotiate marketing collaborations and co-marketing opportunities.Budget ManagementManage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.Analytics and ReportingAnalyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.Prepare regular marketing reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional marketing channels.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.BenefitsMedical InsuranceRetirement PlanPaid Time-OffOpportunities for professional development and career advancementWe are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity of thought and background builds stronger teams.
