We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX.**What you’ll do:**Project Managers (PMs) are responsible for the end-to-end project management and successful delivery of concurrent projects across multiple media channels including, but not limited to website, video, print and social media. The position calls for broad knowledge of the digital and print landscape and the ability to lead campaigns in close collaboration with agency teams, marketing partners, business stakeholders and technical teams. PMs serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing partners on projects. The PM ensures the team is set up for success and helps the team stay focused on the goals.PMs are effective communicators between marketing partners, business, and agency stakeholders (technical/non-technical). At any given time, PMs must be able to manage a workload of approximately 5-25 projects with life cycles of several weeks to several months.**Specific responsibilities include:**+ Develop strong partnerships with the project and stakeholder teams to provide a unified voice of partners and clear next steps.+ Manage end to end workflow from creation and documentation of strategic outcomes to content attestation or retirement.+ Provide accurate assessments and counsel during project pipeline planning and project intake conversations, to determine feasibility, resource availability, and completeness of information for scoping.+ Run projects of all Tiers with agency resources, from project intake to delivery to project retrospective analysis.+ Manage partner expectations on projects, including timing, scope, and next steps.+ Manage workflow using the organization’s project management system, Workfront, including opening jobs, creating schedules, securing resources, managing communications.+ Move projects forward by removing blockers, mitigating risks and escalating friction points in a timely manner for further resolution.+ Provide ongoing visibility of project health by maintaining up-to-date project information in Workfront for various reporting and analysis.+ Act as liaison between marketing, technical, strategy, creative, account and production teams to ensure end results deliver on time.+ Act as primary or support project manager on projects, as needed.+ Participate and support organizational health through cross-functional team partnership.+ Offer feedback, participate, and pilot team and agency initiatives._*This is a hybrid position, working out of our Austin, TX service center location_**What you have**To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:**Required Qualifications:**+ Minimum of 3-5 years of account and project management experience working directly with clients, creative teams and technical teams.+ Experience working with digital and print landscape and the ability to lead campaigns in close collaboration with stakeholders.+ A strong solutions-oriented approach, user-experience focus and understanding of agency processes required.+ A proven track record of success delivering a wide range of medium and large-scale projects+ Experience working within an established agency, consultancy or marketing firm+ Have a solid grasp of basic and advanced project management principles along with experience in successfully applying and advancing those principles+ Experience with enterprise level project management tools such as Workfront, JIRA or Basecamp**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Move from macro to micro and balance strategic initiatives and execution.+ Articulate risks, blockers, and successes to organizational leaders.+ Thrive in a changing environment.+ Balance multiple priorities and multiple projects.+ Proven ability to collaborate and build relationship across disciplines.+ Make good decisions quickly and provide alternate solutions in times of problem.+ Excel in a team environment.+ Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills with attention to detail while working under pressure.+ A positive attitude and the flexibility to operate in an environment with deadlines and changing demands.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.+ Experience in highly regulated environments or at a financial institution is a plus.**In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities****What’s in it for you**At Schwab, we’re committed to empowering our employees’ personal and professional success.
