Learn more at experianplc.comWhat you'll do:+ Reporting to the Product Operations Director and aligned to the Marketing Data Value Stream, you will track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals of strategic programs.+ Coordinate across departments to make sure that all teams are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.+ Create long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and following deadlines.+ Champion Agile principles with Technology and Product that fit our business and Experian culture.+ Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.+ Prepare status reports by summarizing relevant information.+ Establish project communication plans and ensure their execution.+ Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts and budget.+ Improve processes and approach; provide training and support for new processes.+ Build bridges between Product & Technology teams ensuring Product requirements are defined, socialized with Tech teams and commitments and deadlines are met on product development.Your background:+ 4+ years' experience in a program or project management role.+ MarTech and AdTech ecosystem (Consumer Data, Identity, Analytics and Measurement, Advanced TV, Brands, Agency, and Publisher) related knowledge.+ Experience in Agile methodology and best practices.+ Experience with Jira.+ Demonstrated experience leading project teams of different sizes and seeing them through to completion.+ Budget management experience.+ Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.+ Ability to travel.Benefits:+ 15 days of vacation accrued annually, five sick days, and two volunteer days (plus twelve paid holidays)+ Great compensation package and bonus plan+ Core benefits including full medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K+ Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-officeOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
