Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning and developing creative content for email and SMS campaigns, developing and executing the annual marketing calendar and leading the initiatives of brand storytelling by ensuring cohesiveness and accuracy of all internal and external brand messages. The Project Manager creates content and copywriting for social media posts and is responsible for community engagement on these platforms. The Marketing Project Manager works with the graphic designer and ads manager to ensure on-brand, timely posts and return on ad spend investment and produces reports and analysis to increase membership and overall revenue and manages key performance indicators.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the Founder and Spa Director, create and execute an annual marketing and promotion calendar that includes strategies to increase membership, win back lapsed guests, and bring in new business.Plan and develop creative content for email and SMS campaigns. Take the lead on implementing all campaigns and evaluate and track results. Campaigns include annual calendared promotions as well as evergreen drip campaigns.Create social media posts offering relevant and professional content that is in line with The Still Point brand.What The Still Point Offers
