Bumble is looking for a well-connected, experienced, passionate, and growth-oriented Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to help scale Bumble's brand as the leading relationships and networking app in Canada, one of our most important markets.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Americas (non-US) Marketing, you will serve as our market expert, allowing Bumble to speak authentically to the Canadian audience through multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns. Leading the team dedicated to Canada, you will be challenged to be a self-starter and own programs from ideation through execution. Your ultimate goal will be to drive brand awareness and deliver new user growth in Canada by designing campaigns based on market needs and performance trends, identifying opportunities to build and scale our brand.

You have a pulse on relevance and engagement, and you are able to innovate, evolve, and work with teams to support the roadmap for a mission-driven brand. You care deeply about Bumble's mission and are passionate about being part of cultural change. You will be responsible for driving the development of Canada's brand marketing strategy.

What you'll doLead the development and execution of marketing strategy and integrated go-to-market plans while keeping Bumble's core values at the heart of all activitesDetermine marketing mix and make strategic recommendations on paid media mixManage external and internal partners to develop integrated campaigns, spearhead brief writing, provide strategic feedback, review creative assets, develop go-to-market plans and decks, and manage campaign execution, performance analysis, and reportsProject management to ensure all campaigns are executed on-time and within budgetCollaborate cross-functionally with internal creative, PR, Media, Commercial Strategy, Partnerships, and Growth teams to drive holistic plans against key market business metricsLead agency relationships with key partners in CanadaManage, and provide oversight and support for Canada Marketing teamAnalyze consumer and audience insights to translate them into actionable marketing plansWork on an expansion plan for key cities with growth potential that support the brand and business needsExecute strategic partnerships that align with Bumble's brand values and assist with driving brand awareness and user acquisitionBe analytical & data-driven in all decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on brand awareness and user acquisitionLeverage out-of-market learnings and adapt to market strategy; develop and share in-market learnings based on key successes and failuresAbout you

8+ years of experience in marketing with deep knowledge of consumer brandingBachelor's degree. MBA or Masters are a plusDigital and social media marketing experienceProven experience managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns at a brand with a global presenceExperience in marketing, media, public relations/communications, and business administration with deep expertise and understanding of the Canadian marketCreative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindsetAble to work to tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiativesSolid understanding of the media landscape, channels and measurementStrong analytical skills to determine campaign success and market performance EExperience using data and metrics to measure impact and pivot accordinglyExperience managing a teamYou have great communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual in English and Quebecois French is a plusYou possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent communication, presentation, management, and interpersonal skillsYou are proactive in your approach and take initiative, leveraging and learning from the successes and challenges of other emerging Bumble markets

$100,000 - $131,000 a year

Base Compensation Range: 100,000 - 131,000 CAD. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs.
