The Role:

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the process, budget management and creative workflows within the PopSockets marketing department, while also serving as the key marketing input to the broader cross-functional go-to-market/commercialization processes. Their primary responsibility is ensuring delivery of impactful campaigns on-time, on budget, in the most efficient way possible, all while setting clear timelines and expectations that allow team members to do their best work. The ideal candidate will be a strong, assertive driver capable of operating with agility under conditions of ambiguity, but is also able to lead (often through influence instead of authority) with partnership and positivity. They will have a bias for action and a drive for continuous improvement, even at the expense of perfection the first time around.

Responsibilities:

Process Development & Optimization:

Builds, implements and optimizes marketing project management processes that drives the flow of work across all disciplines within the marketing organization. Simplifies, streamlines and helps team members focus more on their work and less on process-related tasks.Collaboration & Communication:

Drives roadmap for department meeting cadence/communication flow and serves as key marketing stakeholder in the development of cross-functional milestones, timelines and approvals processesSystems and Tools:

In coordination with IT, evaluates the existing ecosystem of marketing tools and systems. Provides strategic recommendations, gains alignment and effectively manages implementation and usage over time. Along with marketing and DTC leadership, defines annual/seasonal budget plans and then drives to accurate spending, tracking and reporting across various budget ownersCampaign and Functional Reporting:

Develops and/or partners with marketing channel owners to create, complete and deliver sharp analysis on campaign performance, utilizing tools to streamline with a focus on transparency, visibility and actionable insightsCreative Operations:

Leads development and execution of all creative marketing workflows, including the briefing process, workload capacity planning, timelines/SLAs, production and asset management within our global organization. Sets clear expectations for project brief owners, and supports creative team members with prioritization, barrier removal and approvalsCross-Functional Process Leadership:

Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Legal/Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies. Lead cross-functional teams through product launch processes focusing on commercialization.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or related roles, preferably in the consumer electronics/fashion/beauty industries.Proven track record of successfully launching products and achieving market growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse team members and stakeholders.

$115,000 - $130,000 a year
