At Sittercity, you can imagine and create solutions that will revolutionize a multi-billion industry and bring relief to parents and care providers alike.The OpportunityOur high-performance marketing team is seeking an ambitious, analytical and highly organized Growth Marketing Manager to own our growth strategy and performance for sitter acquisition. This will include managing the relationship with our digital marketing agency, as well as leading the planning and coordination of growth projects within Sittercity. The Growth Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Brand, Analytics, and Lifecycle on strategic projects to drive sitter growth on the Sittercity platform. This role will also focus on helping Sittercity expand our top of funnel presence by strategically testing into new growth marketing channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of our digital marketing agency on sitter acquisition strategy and campaigns.Plan and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve CVRs and drive revenue growth for Sittercity.Discover platforms and tools that can help find new sitters, improve performance, and support revenue growth.Participate in the creative development process for new assets and landing pages, such as writing briefs, and guiding creation.Coordinate a consistent feedback loop of creative insights to the broader team.Consistently incorporate test learnings into campaigns; track learnings over time to maintain continuous optimization.Find new ways to reach sitters through sophisticated targeting and creative executions.Education and Experience:4-6 years of paid media experience, preferably working with B2C brands which rely heavily on paid advertising to drive new customer acquisition.Hands-on experience managing the relationship with a digital marketing agency.Comfortable with managing marketing budgets across multiple channels while optimizing toward blended CAC targets.Meta (Facebook) Certification not required, but strongly encouraged.Direct experience with standing up new channels and proving ROI for those channels.Entrepreneurial & proactive spirit; strong revenue orientation.Understands a new approach to branding - not cookie cutter creatives and solutions.Strategic, tactical, creative, and motivated, with strong attention to detail.Strong data skills including analyzing, visualizing, and extracting insights.Strong written and verbal communication – able to articulate what you’re seeing in the data, and what our plan is to optimize our performance.Why you should join usWe offer an innovative and fun environment that rewards passionate and curious individuals.
