Summary:

The Senior Vice President of Foodservice Marketing will be responsible for driving the marketing vision, strategy, and execution across our foodservice customer segments. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience, spurring demand, and fostering customer engagement, loyalty, and growth. The SVP will lead the marketing and development of our proprietary brands, will organize engagement events with customers and employees, and will lead teams focused on marketing operations and revenue generation.

Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Essential Duties:This position is not remote and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to different customer segments.Identify and target key customer segments to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.Oversee the development and growth of eBrands, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy, and drive brand awareness through innovative digital marketing tactics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of go-to-market plans.Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty, retention, and acquisition, including implementing loyalty programs and other customer-centric initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.Design and implement strategies to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints, utilizing customer feedback and data.Lead and mentor teams focused on marketing operations, revenue generation, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Oversee performance reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to executive leadership.Utilize data analytics to inform marketing strategies and decision-making, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Ensure effective resource allocation and team alignment with organizational goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive revenue generation opportunities and explore new partnerships.Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and targets.Manage content creation and media channel innovation to enhance demand management.Drive customer engagement through voice of customer initiatives and the development of marketing communication campaigns for brands like Shamrock Foods & FSW Brand.Manage branch marketing, vendor fairs, and programs like Emerald Club, developing promotions and incentives to drive sales activation.Plan and execute events such as EXPO, Crave Showcases, and customer trips to engage and promote products.Coordinate strategy and planning, performance reporting, and marketing finance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Other duties may be assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in foodservice marketing or related, with a track record of success in leadership roles.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer engagement strategies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evenings, weekends, and holidaysCorporate Summary:At Shamrock Foods Company, people come first our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
