So you can look like your favorite self, every single day.Your Role at KosasWe are looking for a Manager, International Trade Marketing based in Los Angeles that will support our local sales + marketing teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.You will work x-functionally to support the successful global execution of our marketing plans and new product launches, specifically coordinating and managing trade marketing activities for our international retailers as the key liaison in our US headquarters.How You'll ContributeMaintain all international marketing calendars by country + retailerEnsure timely + accurate submission of all international retailer product set up formsProject manage all creative asset requirements for international retailers end-to-end (from brief through delivery) across all channels, including retailer.com, event collateral and education materialsComp management + tracking across all needs including merchant testing, retailer photography, marketing pitching, VM sizing, etc.Execute sampling + promotional programming including submission of forecasts, coordination of timelines, trade execution, programming and tracking budgetsSupport Visual Merchandising team in tracking all international VM timelines and needsMaintain assortments for each retail partner by visual merchandising type + .comSubmit invoices / expenses, keeping each country’s budget up to date and tracking to planCoordinate any global support needed from US-based channels such as PR, social media, and kosas.comWho You AreSelf-starter + solution-oriented, able to work both independently and as a team player in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environmentAgile and flexible, with ability to prioritize + manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyExceptional written + oral communicator, with the professional maturity to navigate different cultures and partnersExtremely comfortable with detailed numbers and budget managementWhat You'll Bring4-5 years of related experience in trade marketing or field; Sephora experience preferred!Very strong project management + organizational skills with a high attention to detail and excellence in executionAbility to support international time zones and travel as neededWhat We OfferCompany paid medical benefitsFlexible spending account options401k with company matchingFlexible paid vacation40% off Kosas productsThe range of base salary for full-time position is between $75,000-$95,000 per year.
