The Modern Work team at Valorem Reply is a Microsoft Solutions Partner specializing in Microsoft 365 consultancy. Known for their award-winning technical consultancy, adoption change management, design, and custom solutions, the Modern Work team ensures customers quickly realize business benefits from Microsoft's M365 Modern Work Tools.Valorem Reply Modern Work is seeking a Marketing/Design Consultant to work with our design team and support design tasks along with our visual, motion, and UI/UX design practices. You will possess a blend of marketing expertise and design prowess and be capable of working on a team to deliver innovative and impactful design solutions that drive our brand forward. This role will report to the Creative Lead, who reports to the Adoption Change Management Manager, and will work directly with other design consultants (Visual / Motion designer and UI/UX / SharePoint designer).

Consult and contribute to design efforts on projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards from inception (discovery) to completion (delivery).Support the development and execution of our visual, motion, SharePoint, and UI/UX design strategies and delivery.Work with clients on design discovery to translate their brand identities into comprehensive campaigns that resonate with their target audience.Collaborate on the planning, execution, and delivery of SharePoint design projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. This includes guiding the creative process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design with overall marketing objectives to support and grow the business.Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into strategies and practices.Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.2 years experience with 6 months in agency.Possess a strong background in UI design, ideally with Microsoft M365 products, and demonstrates a keen eye for detail in creating visual assets.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Power Platform).Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with leading client engagements.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing and prioritizing multiple design projects while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.The ability to confidently present and articulate design strategies and ideas to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving project success.Experience with resourcing and design project planning, along with executing marketing strategies.Preferred Qualifications

SharePoint design.
