8+ yearsJob Description:A UI/UX designer is a professional who identifies opportunities to create optimal user experiences supporting specific use cases (Contact Cases/Customer interactions in our case). They also ensure that the end-to-end journey with their products or services meets desired outcomes set by the Business stakeholders.Responsibilities:Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (LDS) is a plus.Adhere to Salesforce style standards on fonts, colors and images (reference and enhance the project Style guide).Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.Use wireframe tools to assist with delivering the UI specs.Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.Build page navigation buttons and search fields.Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how application functions and looks like.Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
