This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building and nurturing communities, driving thought leadership, and enhancing our corporate presence.You Will:Customer and Industry Events:

Own and manage Florence's customer and industry events, including the annual Research Revolution Summits.Ensure seamless execution of owned events, delivering exceptional experiences that drive engagement and brand loyalty.

Community Programs:

Develop and manage Florence's community programs to foster customer and non-customand target personas effectively.

Public Relations:

Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance Florence's brand reputation and visibility.Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.

Analyst Relations:

Lead analyst relations efforts to ensure Florence is well-represented and recognized in industry reports and analyses.Develop and maintain relationships with key industry analysts.

artnership Marketing:

Collaborate with partners to develop and execute co-marketing activities that drive mutual growth and brand awareness.Foster strong relationships with key partners to leverage joint marketing opportunities.

Company Positioning and Messaging:

Partner with the SVP of Marketing to develop and refine company positioning and messaging. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels and initiatives.Manage the Site Enablement League, a group of 100+ senior life science executives, in conjunction with our Chief Clinical Trial Officer (Chair of the Group), and manage our Executive Advisory Board, composed of senior executive customers.Create and implement new community programming to engage the community
