Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to join our team at our Miami, FLheadquarters. Reporting directly to the CEO, eMed Weight Loss, the Director of Marketing willbe responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhanceeMed Weight Loss's brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty.You will lead a talented marketing team and work closely with cross-functional departments toensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. This role requires a visionaryleader with a proven track record in healthcare marketing, exceptional communication skills, andthe ability to collaborate across departments to achieve company goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with eMedWeight Loss’s goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities and define theroadmap for growth. Collaborate with the CEO to align marketing efforts with overallbusiness objectives and growth targets.• Brand Management: Oversee all brand management activities, ensuring a consistentand compelling brand message across all channels. Create and execute integratedmarketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email,content marketing, and events.• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing,social media, and content marketing. Optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI.• Customer Acquisition: Design and execute customer acquisition strategies to attractand retain clients. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize marketing funnels.• Content Strategy: Develop a robust content strategy that educates, engages, andinspires our target audience. Oversee content creation, including blogs, videos,webinars, and more.• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitivelandscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Measure and reporton the performance of marketing campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and drivecontinuous improvement.• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficientallocation of resources to achieve the best results. Track performance metrics, andprovide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.• Partnerships and Collaborations: Work closely with the sales and businessdevelopment teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts. Identify andestablish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and expand our reach. Fosterrelationships with key stakeholders, including large employers, state/federalgovernments, unions, and payers, to drive program adoption and success.• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends,competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform marketingstrategies.

Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBApreferred.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role,preferably within the healthcare or health tech industry. Experience in the wellness orweight loss industry is a plus.• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies andcampaigns.• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, andanalytics.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable marketingplans.• Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI for marketing initiatives.• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and keystakeholders.• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, andanalytics software.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
