The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join the RS&H Graphics Design team in the Jacksonville, FL office.

The designer must be a resourceful self-starter, able to work in a collaborative marketing team environment under fast-paced deadlines and meet a high-level of accuracy with the ability to also work independently.

Responsibilities:

Design high-quality graphical elements for various marketing collateral, including qualification packages, proposal layouts, multi-page report documents, printed brochures, and other marketing materials while meeting client restrictions and requirements.

Support presentation teams for development of presentations concepts and layouts (via PowerPoint), presentation boards, and other leave-behind marketing materials necessary for client presentations.

Customize design layout of graphics, resumes, project schedules, matrix, process and flowchart graphics, technical illustrated maps, etc.

Evaluating technical content to ensure it satisfies RFP requirements and company brand standards.

Coordinate with internal/external printing companies and resources for execution of final printed documents.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and marketing team members to turn complex ideas into visual graphics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field from an accredited university or college.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant graphic design experience with an online portfolio.

Proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.

Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) including strong proficiency developing PowerPoint presentations.

Ability to coordinate multiple graphics tasks at varying phases simultaneously.

Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, love challenges, and have a can-do attitude to go above and beyond to help internal/external clients and team members.

Excellent time-management skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a progressive work environment.

Demonstrate a high level of creativity using graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to improve communication and confidence to present and brainstorm creative ideas to technical teams.

Strong writing, editing and grammar skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus.

AEC experience preferred

A digital or online portfolio is required with your resume and application
