About the Opportunity

The Marketing Manager at Common Desk is a passionate leader, strategic thinker, and skilled collaborator who has a strong knack for managing people, data and processes. They oversee the Strategy of the brand, Digital Marketing and Creative Marketing teams. They have a data-forward mindset and a skill set for advancing marketing strategies for the brand as well as at the asset level. They work to drive our business objectives using digital and traditional marketing tools, strategic campaign management, relationship building, CRM platforms, and consistent project management.

Our Marketing Manager is strategy, data, and goal-oriented, as well as embraces a sense of creativity and fun when it comes to building and creating brand and asset awareness. They lead by example and produce as well as manage, ensuring all of their teams are supported, have the resources they need to reach success, and feel motivated by our objectives.

The Marketing Manager at Common Desk works with and reports into the WeWork organization, relaying up-to-date information on projects as they progress for Common Desk's open locations and launching spaces.

Your work will include but not be limited to the duties listed below:

Leadership and StrategyOwn delivery of marketing technology, process, and operational initiatives spanning stakeholders including marketing, sales, sales operations, and technologyTrack all components, deliverables, and resources needed to deliver solutionsFormulate objectives for each initiative, document requirements and clearly articulate themDrive alignment and education across teams for critical projectsDevelop project plans including roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelinesResponsible for leading, coaching, and developing the marketing team, creating and meeting KPIsOversee/manage all Common Desk content and creative productionOversee/manage all brand awareness initiatives, ensuring brand tone, look, and feel is on parWork with leaders and community teams to ensure business objectives and location goals are metAccountable for overseeing and guiding digital and traditional marketing efforts to generate awareness and qualified leads for all Common Desk locationsLead, develop, and build campaign strategies and insight-driven marketing plans to support growth in our business, including overseeing campaign briefs, content strategies, and marketing calendarsDetermine scope, assign tasks, and set deadlines involved with marketing projects to ensure key stakeholders understand what is required to advance the development of marketing campaignsIdentify new areas of opportunity to reach new audiences and increase brand/product effectivenessManage marketing agency and vendor relationshipsReporting

Report on the status of projects and objectives to company leadership.Monitor and report on data and analytics for all Marketing teams and tactics.Monitor campaign performance to identify ways to optimize performance.Create and manage all marketing budgets, both internal and location-level.Process and Integrations

Document and improve the marketing systems, partners, processes, training, and channels.Oversee/manage all of Common Desk's CRM platforms, including Hubspot, Salesforce, and Office RnD.Support the integration of Common Desk systems and processes in alignment with WeWork integration requirementsYou will work on the following projects and platforms, including but not limited to digital ad channels, task management software, website updates, supplier work review, gathering and compiling content for various marketing collateral, Salesforce/CRM upkeep, design software such as Canva and Adobe, email newsletters, social media, and directory management.About You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 7 years experience in relevant discipline.Minimum of 3 years experience managing teams.Marketing campaign experience, with both digital and traditional tactics.Strong leadership and EQ skills.Strong focus on data, with the ability to create and adhere to company KPIs that tie back to marketing team goals and objectives.Relevant experience leading a team of employees across different facets of marketing including digital, strategy, and brand/content marketing.Strong attention to detail who loves to solve issues.Strong ability to organize teams and resources for best and highest use workHigh ability to lead presentations speaking to company leaders, stakeholders, and partners.Ability to read, analyze, and report on marketing analytics.Ability to create and manage budgets in collaboration with accounting and community leadersUnderstanding of paid advertising and search engine optimization.Understanding of SEO tactics and management.Understanding of Google Analytics and tagging.Experience with maintaining and updating a WordPress website.Experience maintaining a company CRM (preferably Salesforce and Hubspot)Strong vendor and agency relational skills and management.Strong ability to sit in a leadership role within an organization.Efficient problem-solver, always bringing solutions to issues that arise.-
