Job Title: Experienced Brand Marketing Manager

Location: Asheville, NC (hybrid)

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager - Mom & Baby Division

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Brand Manager who shares our passion for supporting pregnant and nursing mothers through every step of their pregnancy and postpartum journey. Aeroflow Breastpumps, a subsidiary of Aeroflow Health, is the national leader in providing expectant and new mothers with a wide variety of products & services such as breast pumps & breastfeeding supplies, lactation education and pregnancy support & postpartum recovery products. With strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strategic mindset, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative brand strategies, leading a dynamic team, and driving brand growth. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall business objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.Create and manage brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.Develop strategies to create memorable brand experiences that foster customer loyalty.Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with brand goals and objectives.Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.Set clear goals and performance metrics, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.Entrepreneurial Initiative:

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and trends.Drive innovation and creative thinking within the brand team.Develop and manage new product launches and promotional campaigns.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performanceMaintain HIPAA/patient confidentialityOther job duties as assignedPerformance Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.Make data-driven decisions to optimize brand strategies and tactics.Budget Management:

Develop and manage the brand marketing budget.Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Track and report on budget performance.Email and SMS/MMS Marketing:

Execute effective email/SMS/MMS marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and KPIs.Continuously A/B test messaging, CTAs, subject lines, sending times, etc., to ensure engagement and optimal customer experience.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.7+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of success.Strong leadership and team management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and drive growth.Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.Skill Sets:

Creative Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Research and Analytics Skills:Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing data.Project Management Experience: Experience managing multiple projects and budget allocation.Brand Strategy: Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Extensive experience in marketing strategy development, including market research, competitive analysis, and multi-channel campaign management.Public Relations: Experience developing and executing PR strategies that shape public perception and increase brand awareness.Email Marketing: Required experience in both execution and strategy of email marketing efforts. Experience with platforms such as Braze, Luxsci, or Klaviyo.**Why Join Us:**
