Digital Marketing Specialist

Primary Purpose of Position:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing acquisition marketing campaigns.

A successful Digital Marketing Specialist at The Stow Company will possess a desire to understand and apply a variety of acquisition marketing strategies to delivery consistent lead volume for Stow’s national brands, EasyClosets and Inspired Closets. The primary focus of this role is paid search management and search engine optimization.

For this role, the right candidate will be able to work at both the tactical and strategic levels. This candidate will feel confident touching all aspects of the acquisition marketing roadmap including search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Tactical Acquisition Execution

SEM Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize Search Engine Marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking to ensure maximum ROI.Proactively identify new opportunities for improving campaign performance and efficiency.Paid Social Media Marketing

Assist in the development and optimization of paid social media advertising strategies across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives and ad copies.Monitor campaign performance and work with outside partners to make data-driven optimizations to improve results.Effectively manage daily budgets to maintain consistent lead volume for each of our portfolio brands.Affiliate Marketing

Support the Affiliate Marketing program by supporting outside partners through performance monitoring, partner approvals, and campaign optimization.Coordinate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and strategies for affiliate partners.SEO Support

Assist in implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.Conduct regular website audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.Analytics and Reporting

Manage and leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for comprehensive tracking, reporting, and optimization of digital marketing efforts.Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools.Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making.Strategic Planning

Provide valuable insights and recommendations to shape short and long-term campaign strategies aimed at enhancing lead quality and driving increased site traffic, conversions, revenue, and profits for DTC and dealer channels.Other:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

1+ Years of digital marketing experience. Agency experience a plus.College level graduate with degree in related fieldFamiliarity and/or experience with the following platforms:Google AdsBing AdsUniversal Google Analytics & Google Analytics 4Google Tag ManagerGoogle Business ProfilesFacebook & Instagram experience are a plus

Experience in digital advertising campaign optimization.Aptitude to learn how to build new accounts, optimize toward conversion goals, and run split tests.Certifications/Licenses/Registrations:

Google Ads Certified (preferred)Google Analytics Certified (preferred)Knowledge

/Skills/Abilities:

Hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic acquisition and conversionHigh level of experience in measuring and analyzing digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display, social media, etc.Interpersonal skills to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow CompanyMust have excellent customer service skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.Must have strong analytical skills.Must have the desire for continuous improvement.Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environment.Ability to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
