Job Description

Our client, a professional services firm is seeking a talented Brand Designer to be part of the brand creative team that determines how to visually represent key strategic initiatives and business goals. The successful candidate will help the team with brand visual design, creative strategy and implementation.
What you will do:Support across the following areas:
Producing the concepts, designs and layouts of creative brand campaigns from internal communications materials to externally viewed multi-channel advertising.Designing and developing collateral, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite, typography know-how, and other creative tools to do so.Developing brand visual guidelines to educate end-users on proper implementation creative work.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ascertain the necessary information required for the development of brand design campaigns and driving of brand knowledge.Managing workload in high-volume, deadline-driven corporate environment.Support the global creative lead to execute high quality creative brand design work.Take briefs from lead and executing the best use of graphics whilst adhering to brand guidelines.Work using the company's brand guidelines and have relevant experience to solve creative problems within an established brand infrastructure.Have excellent layout skills, using grids and structure to build documents that are aligned with precision.Have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal team members from all levels.Be comfortable working on individual projects as well as in a team on projects.Have excellent attention to detail to prove work ownership.Ensuring the company upholds brand and industry standards across all formats of work.Qualifications
Must have hands-on design experienceMust bring brand visual system expertiseBachelor's in Graphic Design/Design/Advertising/Interactive Design Degree preferred.Minimum 3 years of related experience.Worked at a design agency and/or studio within a corporate environment.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, typography know-how, and other creative tools.Solid design skills, significant experience, and/or relevant qualifications.Experience working in large matrixed organization.Must be able to work East Coast hours full time to collaborate and overlap with global teams.
