You are joining a team that cares for the well-being of our colleagues by working together in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.As Senior Manager of Consumables Marketing on our CVS Media Exchange (CMX) business, you'll work cross-functionally across the Enterprise to build and package up sales opportunities for our fast-growing retail media network within the 6th largest company in the US. Your aim is to maximize advertiser & CVS goals including campaign performance, media investment, increased trips and site visits, and category-specific programs.Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions for CMX, you'll visibly affect the CMX campaign roadmap through both ownership and support capacities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve as the internal contact for the CMX business, promoting alignment with cross-functional teams including Front Store Marketing, Merchandising, and Loyalty & Personalization.Identify revenue-driving opportunities that integrate advertiser and CVS marketing goals in partnership with the CMX Partner Management Team.Drive internal education and advocacy for CMX by aligning to key tentpoles and building exclusive programs.Lead cross-functional meetings to socialize progress, demonstrate value and bring others along on our exciting journey.Independently drive recommendations to improve and expand the CMX business.Create category-specific 360-degree media packages and vet new operating models/approaches.Assess the landscape, gather input from appropriate partners, and produce project deliverables.Utilize knowledge of the digital and physical retail media marketplace to create sales stories and multi-supplier campaign initiatives.Identify and understand category and brand business trends to develop lucrative programs and collateral for clients.Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations:Wellesley, MA or Boston, MA

Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.Woonsocket, RINew York Soho area, NYHartford, CTTravel requirement is up to 25%Required Qualifications5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, CPG, and consumer understanding.3+ years cross-functional leadership experience.2+ years of retail media or retail agency strategy experience.2+ years of digital marketing experience including examples of testing and validating new opportunities.Preferred Qualifications1+ years of brand or category management experience.Comfort mining and utilizing data for strategy case creation and sales collateral.Experience in Consumables/General Merchandise/Seasonal categories.Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Experience creating a business case by determining addressable attainable business opportunity.Ability to work within the realities and constraints of the organization.Experience with relevant marketing technology, focusing on digital and physical paid and owned channels.Detail-oriented marketer with a track record managing Marketing Media sales collateral.Creative problem solver who can incorporate new insights into existing plans.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required. MBA preferred.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $86,700.00 - $190,700.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
