This Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the annual consumer strategy aligned with business goals and informed by market dynamics, product, competitive environment, consumer insights – to help deliver growth goals for Aetna CVS Health’s Individual & Family plans. This leader explores integration, localization, and expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate has a solid marketing background, is driven, creative - but relies on data, and has strong interpersonal skills. Candidates will be within a reasonable commuting distance to one of the following CVS HUBS: Hartford, CT, Wellesley, MA., New York, NY or Chicago.Elemental Responsibilities:

Align with the business team on goals, strategy, markets competitiveness, etc.Partner with product to understand, test, position new initiatives for success.Plan research agenda partnering with Brand, Product, Sales & Distribution, etc.Create consumers/brokers value proposition, creative concept, product positioning, etc.Work with external agencies to deliver on-brand, on-product-positioning templates.Explore opportunities: Enterprise integration, Multicultural, Affinity programs, Influencers, etc.Implement efficient assets development tool: Explore vendors/automation platforms/train team.Competitors tracking and analysis: strategies, offering, market positioning.Support Product/Legal/Compliance alignment to update the marketing “Source of Trust.”Support the delivery of multi-channel direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns.Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in marketing.Preferred Qualifications

MBA preferred.Experience in Product, Marketing, Brand Management, Agencies or Consulting roles.B2C background. Experience in program, project, and vendor management.Organized with strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills.Experience with automated assets development platforms a plus.Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Equivalent experience.Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $86,700.00 - $190,700.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
