Axonius is looking for a Global Marketing Campaign Manager that will act as quarterback across the marketing team to drive pipeline-producing integrated campaigns for key buyers globally. Reporting to the Director of Global Campaigns, this is a unique opportunity for a proven demand generation professional to join a world-class marketing team that's focused on designing and delivering programs to educate prospective customers about how Axonius products can help them build and manage a robust cybersecurity program.

What You'll Do:

Develop and deliver breakthrough ideas and innovative, integrated campaigns for key personas throughout the buyer's journey

Turn solution goals and objectives into scalable, actionable integrated marketing plans that deliver results

Quarterback across the entire marketing team (product marketing, web, PR, online, email, database, etc) to ensure high quality and timely campaign execution

Manage and own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results

Collaborate with Partner Marketing to ensure campaigns can be leveraged for Channel and Technology partners

Collaborate with sales to ensure that sales is ready to catch campaigns as they launch

Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned

Coordinate campaign implementation schedule to ensure campaigns are loaded on time and appropriate lead management strategies are in place

Partner with Digital Marketing to research new vendor and program opportunities that generate leads at target CPLs

Implement testing methodologies (A/B) to continually improve overall initiatives

Analyze campaign results and optimize to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance and the effectiveness of marketing spend

Your Qualifications and Skills:

Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation: marketing experience in a role managing ROI-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns as well as a strong background working closely with sales and cross functional teams

Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success

Track record for delivering under tight deadlines

Highly self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you may have to wear multiple hats

Proven communication, organizational and time management skills

Excellent writing and presentation skills

Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot. Goldcast knowledge is a plus

College degree or equivalent experience

$108,000—$125,000 USD
