Graphic Designer

Then you are the person we are looking for.GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The candidate will have a passion for design and marketing/advertising and the ability to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. This person must be a self-starter, team-oriented, yearning to learn, and excel at multitasking various projects. Projects include print work, digital graphics, graphics, logos, layout, animation, and more!We are looking for a full-time designer.Please include portfolio samples or a link to your portfolio with your resume. If no portfolio link or samples are included, we will NOT consider your application.ResponsibilitiesStudy design briefs and determine requirementsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by handWork with copywriters and creative director to produce final designTest graphics across various mediaWork with other designersAmend designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandOther projects/duties as assignedQualificationsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Fearless attitude towards technology and a willingness to learnAbility to work quickly and handle multiple projects at once while maintaining organization and deadlinesCollaborative with a self-starting team spiritMaintain familiarity with digital trends and other relevant mediaAbility to receive design feedback and direction fluidly but be able to voice your opinion on style and aestheticAttention to detail is a mustWeb design experience/knowledge is a plusKnowledge of After Effects, Premiere, Figma, and Adobe XD, a plusA degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plusPhotography skills are a plus3+ years of design experience preferredPortfolio of workCompensation:Pay is dependent on experience.Bonus opportunitiesHealth InsurancePTO/Sick TimeWork from home on Thursdays & Fridays
