If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Team! Triangle Smart Divorce is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our growing firm. This is an entry-level position with ample opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will bring their skills to help us communicate with clients, assist with special marketing projects, and track key metrics. Every day offers something different, especially in personal interactions and various projects. You’ll have the opportunity to learn to be a “jack-of-all-trades” in marketing, all while supporting clients through a significant phase in their lives. Compensation- $40,000 - $55,000, including a generous benefits package Responsibilities:

You will work directly with the Marketing Manager to do the following:

• Assemble and distribute client packets, thank you cards, and gifts. • Engage in client outreach, including weekly phone calls and in-person events. • Update analytics, interpret data, and provide insights. • Assist with special projects such as ad campaigns, email drip campaigns, and video marketing, including coordinating the creation of specific audio/video content goals and managing the tracking and reporting of the distribution, open rates, audience reach, etc. • Create marketing content to support the firm’s website, attorney biographies, practice group overviews, and other materials. • Manage vendor meetings and ensure ongoing campaigns stay on track. • Build and manage automated campaigns to enhance engagement with clients, our local network, and potential leads. • Craft and manage ongoing reviews and testimonials online. • Collaborate to develop new lead generation strategies. • Represent the firm at networking and marketing events, fostering community involvement and building strong referral connections. • Participate in event planning and management as the firm expands its presence. • Create and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, and email campaigns to ensure consistent and timely communication. • Assist in crafting Monthly and Quarterly Social Media Plans and taking the steps to execute these plans. • Gather and analyze client feedback through surveys, reviews, and other channels to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for positive testimonials. • Analyzing questionnaires and surveys provided from other departments to use for future marketing campaigns and promotions. • Collaborate with the Marketing Team or use tools like Canva to create simple graphics for social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Qualifications: • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to organize and complete projects in a timely manner. • A service-oriented mindset with a “how can I help you” attitude. • Creative problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails, video content, and landing pages. • Ability to prioritize workloads, manage competing demands, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms. • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress is a plus. • Familiarity with business platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube is a plus. • Ability to prioritize workloads, manage competing demands, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • A degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Personal experience with divorce is a plus.
