Logan Simpsonhas an immediate opening for a regular full-time Marketing Proposal Specialist. This position will work a hybrid in-office schedule, and can be located in any of our offices in Tempe, Flagstaff, Tucson, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; or Fort Collins, Colorado.

Responsibilities Include:

Participate in proposal development, including reviewing RFPs (request for proposals), coordinating proposal materials, reviewing and editing proposal content for quality assurance, and developing eye-catching layouts.Coordinate conferences and tradeshows, including scheduling, coordinating with colleagues to staff booths, and set-up and take-down of materials and equipment.Handle company website updates and maintenance.Assist with social media to clearly communicate ideas through compelling text and visuals.Order and maintain supply of company-branded items.Other marketing responsibilities as needed.

Position Requires:

3+ years of related experience in marketing or proposal coordination.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products.Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership or supervisory experience, or interest in growing into leadership role.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products including InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator.Experience in consulting industry or AEC industry.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between \$65,000 to \$90,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
