Job Description:
This is a
Remote Licensed Insurance Producer
role with a base pay of $40k annually, plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Total compensation is between $80k and $90k with top producers earning $100k+ annually!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Outbound and inbound sales callsDrafting emails and text messagesCross-selling current customersHitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisProfessional development and training
Requirements:At least 2 years of prior insurance sales experienceMust have current Allstate experienceHave a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your stateHave obtained non-resident licenses or have the ability and willingness to do soHave a stable and reliable internet connectionA thorough understanding of technologyGood time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA passion for success
